HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 475 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MAX COLL FOR A WATER MODELING PROJECT FOR THE ELDORADO WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN SANTA FE COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state engineer: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a water modeling project for the Eldorado water and sanitation district in Santa Fe county.
