HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 465 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY GARY K. KING FOR PHASE ONE OF THE MORIARTY OUTDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX IN TORRANCE COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to provide phase one of the Moriarty outdoor sports complex.
