TO CONSTRUCT WELL, SEWER AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR A HOME FOR THE
NEUROLOGICALLY BRAIN DAMAGED IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to construct
          well and sewer systems and infrastructure for a home
          for the neurologically brain damaged in southwest
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
