FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TWO GREY HILLS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to make improvements
          to the head start building and grounds, including
          playground equipment purchase and installation and
          fencing, in Two Grey Hills in San Juan county; and

                    to the state agency on aging:

          A.  twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to complete
the addition at the senior citizen center and for purchase of
equipment and furnishings in Two Grey Hills in San Juan county;
and

          B.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to
complete the elderly group homes projects, including equipment
and furnishings and paving the parking area, in Two Grey Hills in
San Juan county.
