FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR WATER AND SEWER PROJECTS IN RIO
ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:

          A.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design,
construct and install improvements to the Placitas mutual
domestic water and sewer system in Rio Arriba county;

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for renovations
and improvements to the Las Tablas community water system in Rio
<center>- 1 -</center>

Arriba county; and

          C.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for renovations
and improvements to the Ojo Caliente community water system in
Rio Arriba county.
