FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan,
design, provide clearances or to construct a community water system
for Rincon Marquis in McKinley county;

          B.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan,
design, provide clearances or to construct a community water system
in Sand Springs in McKinley county; and

          C.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to complete
improvements to a telephone system in the Whitehorse Lake area in

McKinley county.
