TO COMPLETE THE FINAL PHASE OF THE GRANT COUNTY RECREATIONAL PARK
PROJECT, LOCATED BETWEEN THE COMMUNITIES OF CENTRAL AND FORT BAYARD
IN GRANT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for completing
          the final phase of the Grant county recreational park
          project, located between the communities of Central and
          Fort Bayard in Grant county.
