I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to design and renovate one-tenth of an acre of landscaping and irrigation on Atlantic street between Eighth and Tenth streets in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county to address water conservation issues. - 1 -
