FOR SEWER AND WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF ESTANCIA IN
TORRANCE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
                    
          A.  one million dollars ($1,000,000) for land acquisition, well development, a
water delivery system and a storage tank in Estancia in Torrance county;

          B.  nine hundred fifty thousand dollars ($950,000) to extend sewer lines, install
lift stations and upgrade the existing sewage treatment plant in Estancia in Torrance county; and

          C.  ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to complete repair of the elevated
water tank in Estancia in Torrance county.
