HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 313 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DEBBIE A. RODELLA FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to place base course on Rio Arriba county roads in Youngsville, Coyote, Eavila, Lindrith, Mesa de Poleo, Gallina, Llaves and Lybrook.
