HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 294 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY SHERYL M. WILLIAMS FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS AT AND PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A DROP-OFF ZONE FOR WILSON MIDDLE SCHOOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the purpose of making landscaping improvements at and planning, designing and constructing a drop-off zone for Wilson middle school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
