FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 28 IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) to complete the master plan
improvements to the site and the interior, equip and furnish the holiday shelter center in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and renovate the existing play area
at Matheson park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          C.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design and renovate Onate
park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          D.  four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to improve Morris from
Lomas to Candelaria in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to install speed bumps in House
          District 28 in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
