FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for additions and
improvements to the village hall in Capitan in Lincoln county;

          B.  three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements to the public
safety facility police and fire station in Capitan in Lincoln county; and

          C.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to the
<center>- 1 -</center>

Smokey Bear museum in Capitan in Lincoln county.
