            43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a feasibility study and master plan
development for Cibola county administrative buildings;

          B.  sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to create a centralized communications
center for 911 emergency phone calls in Cibola county;

          C.  four million dollars ($4,000,000) to develop a tramway to the top of Horace
<center>- 1 -</center>

mesa for the enchanted skies park and observatory in Cibola county; and

          D.  one million fifteen thousand dollars ($1,015,000) to construct phases three
and four of a family center in Cibola county.
