HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 259 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DARA A. DANA FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF LAKE ARTHUR IN CHAVES COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: two hundred one thousand two hundred dollars ($201,200) to make road improvements in the town of Lake Arthur in Chaves county; and to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to renovate the law enforcement house in the town of Lake Arthur in Chaves county; and - 1 - B. five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design, construct, equip and furnish a new fire department building in the town of Lake Arthur in Chaves county.
