HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 256 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JUDY VANDERSTAR RUSSELL FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF RANCHO WEST MOBILE HOME ASSOCIATION IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: four hundred ninety-seven thousand dollars ($497,000) for planning, designing and constructing of replacement and improvements to the water distribution system, including individual home metering, in the Rancho West mobile home association in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
