FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

          A.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to complete the landscaping,
paving of parking lots and installation of bleachers at a soccer complex in Alamogordo in Otero
county; and

          B.  three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to repair and modify the
Alamogordo high school gymnasium in Alamogordo in Otero county.
