HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 166 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY EDDIE CORLEY FOR MILAN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the department of environment: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to expand the Milan sewer system in McKinley county; and to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) to design and construct a recreation office building and storage space in Milan in McKinley county; and - 1 - B. one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to design, renovate and expand the maintenance and shop facility at the operations center in Milan in McKinley county.
