HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 165 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY EDDIE CORLEY FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO REFUGE ROCK ROAD IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design improvements to Refuge Rock road in the Red Rock chapter in McKinley county.
