FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LABOR DEPARTMENT.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    six hundred six thousand six hundred dollars ($606,600) is appropriated from
          the employment security department fund to the property control division of the
          general services department for the following purposes at the labor department:
          
          A.  three hundred ninety-one thousand four hundred dollars ($391,400) to
renovate and make improvements to the Tiwa building in Bernalillo county;

          B.  one hundred fifty-five thousand eight hundred dollars ($155,800) to renovate
the mechanical systems at the Tiwa building in Bernalillo county; and

          C.  fifty-nine thousand four hundred dollars ($59,400) for roof replacement and
related repairs of the Hobbs office building in Lea county.
