HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 122 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY THOMAS P. FOY FOR A MAINTENANCE BUILDING AND PARKING FACILITIES IN HURLEY IN GRANT COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to construct a maintenance building and parking facilities in Hurley in Grant county.
