FOR COMPLETION OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to complete the community center in
          Valencia county.
