KNOWLES FOR RENOVATIONS TO WILSON HALL AT THE NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE IN CHAVES COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the board of regents of New Mexico military institute: one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) to design and construct renovations to Wilson Hall on the main campus of the New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county. - 1 -
