                           REQUESTED BY

FOR INSTALLING TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE FOR, ACQUIRING FURNITURE
AND EQUIPMENT FOR, AND MOVING EXISTING FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT TO THE NEW
DISTRICT COURT FACILITY AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY FACILITY IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL
DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  two million six hundred ninety-six thousand six hundred dollars ($2,696,600)
for the purpose of installing telecommunications infrastructure for, acquiring furniture and
equipment for, and moving existing furniture and equipment to the new district court facility in

the second judicial district in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  one million eight hundred three thousand four hundred dollars ($1,803,400)
for the purpose of installing telecommunications infrastructure for, acquiring furniture and
equipment for, and moving existing furniture and equipment to the new district attorney facility
in the second judicial district in Bernalillo county.
