0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is
    |
0015|     appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for
    |
0016|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting for domestic violence
    |
0017|     intervention, prevention and educational services in Crownpoint in McKinley county.  Any
    |
0018|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0019|     to the general fund.
