0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR A

0012|     FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-four
    |
0016|     thousand eight hundred dollars ($124,800) is appropriated from
    |
0017|     the general fund to the human services department for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting
    |
0019|     for services for a family support program in the city of
    |
0020|     Carlsbad.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
