0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RIO GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL CLUSTER

0012|     HUMAN SERVICES COLLABORATIVE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($550,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the state department of public education for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of increasing and expanding
    |
0019|     school-based human services to school children and their
    |
0020|     families in the fourteen school areas of the Rio Grande high
    |
0021|     school cluster human services collaborative in Bernalillo
    |
0022|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0023|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
