0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH

0012|     ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN PROGRAM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of reducing crime and vandalism through the crime
    |
0021|     prevention through environmental design program and for
    |
0022|     promoting pride and stability in neighborhoods in Albuquerque
    |
0023|     in Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0024|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0025|     general fund.
