0011| MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS IN BERNALILLO

0012| COUNTY.

0014| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--
|
0016| A. Thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) is
|
0017| appropriated from the general fund for expenditure in fiscal
|
0018| year 1999 to the following agencies in the following amounts
|
0019| for the following special projects in Bernalillo county:
|
0020| (1) to the local government division of the
|
0021| department of finance and administration, twenty-five thousand
|
0022| dollars ($25,000) for the purpose of funding a dance program
|
0023| administered by Bernalillo county; and
|
0024| (2) to the state department of public
|
0025| education, ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to study the
|

0001| feasibility of creating a magnet school in the Rio Grande high
|
0002| school cluster in the Albuquerque public school district.
|
0003| B. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
|
0004| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
|
0005| general fund.
