APPROPRIATION.--Three million seven hundred | 0016| fifty-five thousand five hundred dollars ($3,755,500) is | 0017| appropriated from the general fund to the vocational education | 0018| division of the state department of public education for | 0019| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing | 0020| high school education programs for at-risk teenage parents | 0021| statewide. Funding shall be used to provide classes in basic | 0022| parenting, nutrition and hygiene skills as well as child care | 0023| for teenage parents. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0024| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the | 0025| general fund. |
