APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars | 0017| ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| children, youth and families department for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of hiring a minimum of ten | 0020| new full-time-equivalent client home-service agents to perform | 0021| basic household maintenance and chores for certain homebound | 0022| individuals who might otherwise be forced to reside in | 0023| institutions. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0024| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the | 0025| general fund. |
