On page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the state engineer report to the appropriate legislative interim committee prior to the second session of the forty-third legislature regarding the agency's progress in compiling the needs assessment called for in this memorial; and"., and thence referred to the ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
