SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--STATE HIGHWAY AND | 0017| TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT--CHANGE IN PURPOSE--EXTENDING | 0018| EXPENDITURE PERIOD.--The appropriation of severance tax bond | 0019| proceeds in Subsection L of Section 14 of Chapter 148 of Laws | 0020| 1994 to the state highway and transportation department to | 0021| plan, design, construct and equip a pedestrian overpass on | 0022| Coors boulevard between Ouray and Tucson roads in Albuquerque | 0023| located in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for that | 0024| purpose, but is reauthorized and appropriated for the purpose | 0025| of making site improvements at the westside aquatic center in | 0001| Albuquerque located in Bernalillo county. The reauthorized | 0002| project does not require equal matching funds from the city of | 0003| Albuquerque. Any unencumbered or unexpended balance remaining | 0004| from the proceeds of the bonds at the end of fiscal year 2001 | 0005| shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund. | 0006| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for public peace, | 0007| health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0008|  |
