      Your CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 1166
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, strike lines 21 through 24, and insert in lieu
  thereof:
  
          A.   that patients will not be routinely solicited for
  mammograms; and that mammograms will only be performed based on
  nationally recognized standards;" and
  
      2.  On page 1, line 25 strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof,
  "any fee for service".
