APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars | 0015| ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0016| development fund for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the | 0017| purpose of making low-interest loans to political subdivisions | 0018| of the state so that they can construct or implement projects | 0019| necessary to provide services that will encourage the location | 0020| of industry in the political subdivisions.
