APPROPRIATION.--Fourteen thousand dollars | 0017| ($14,000) is appropriated from the supreme court building | 0018| addition reserve fund, account number 3-220.0, fund 402 and | 0019| supreme court building addition interest and retirement fund, | 0020| account number 1-220.0, fund 860 to the supreme court building | 0021| commission for expenditure in 1998 and subsequent fiscal years | 0022| for the purpose of defraying expenses related to capital | 0023| improvements of supreme court facilities. Any unexpended or | 0024| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 | 0025| shall not revert. | 0001| Section 2.
