0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
    |
0016|     is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office
    |
0017|     of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of providing acquired immune deficiency syndrome
    |
0019|     counseling to students in Shiprock in San Juan county.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
