0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  A new section of the Municipal Code is enacted
    |
0018|     to read:

0019|          "[<u>NEW MATERIAL</u>]  ROOFING CONTRACTOR--WORKERS'
    |
0020|     COMPENSATION COVERAGE--BUILDING PERMIT REVOCATION.--A
    |
0021|     municipality may revoke the building permit of a construction
    |
0022|     project if the roofing contractor has not complied with the
    |
0023|     provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act."
