0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE INSTITUTE OF INTERCULTURAL

0012|     COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP AT THE SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($180,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     community college board of Santa Fe community college for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of conducting
    |
0019|     joint planning and problem solving for educational reform with
    |
0020|     the Santa Fe public schools at the institute for intercultural
    |
0021|     community leadership at the Santa Fe community college.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
