0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE TECHNOLOGY PLAN AT MANZANO

0012|     CLUSTER SCHOOLS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION--PURPOSES.--
    |
0016|               A.  Five hundred forty thousand seven hundred
    |
0017|     thirty-seven dollars ($540,737) is appropriated from the
    |
0018|     general fund to the state department of public education for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the following purposes in
    |
0020|     the following amounts for the Manzano cluster technology plan:
    |
0021|                    (1)  two hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred
    |
0022|     dollars ($266,600) for Manzano high school;
    |
0023|                    (2)  fifty-one thousand two hundred fifty-two
    |
0024|     dollars ($51,252) for Jackson middle school;
    |
0025|                    (3)  sixty thousand five hundred dollars
    |
0001|     ($60,500) for Roosevelt middle school; and
    |
0002|                    (4)  one hundred sixty-two thousand three
    |
0003|     hundred eighty-five dollars ($162,385) for Kennedy middle
    |
0004|     school.
    |
0005|               B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0006|     at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general
    |
0007|     fund.
