0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE

0012|     UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR THE OPERATION OF THE MATERNITY AND

0013|     INFANT CARE PROGRAM.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of
    |
0018|     regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing operating funds
    |
0020|     for the maternity and infant care program.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
