0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($70,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0017|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of continuing the Native American library program.  Any
    |
0019|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
