0011| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN EDUCATIONAL TRANSITION PILOT

0014| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy thousand four hundred
|
0016| dollars ($70,400) is appropriated from the general fund to the
|
0017| New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal
|
0018| year 1998 for the purpose of providing an educational
|
0019| transition pilot project to aid high school graduates seeking
|
0020| to continue their educations. Any unexpended or unencumbered
|
0021| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
|
0022| to the general fund.
