0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A NARROW GAUGE

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0017|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of establishing and operating a narrow gauge railroad
    |
0019|     museum in Chama located in Rio Arriba county.  Any unexpended
    |
0020|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0021|     1998 shall revert to the general fund.
