APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars | 0015| ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0016| department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for | 0017| the purpose of contracting for adult care services, including a | 0018| home care services program and a day program, in Gallup.
