      Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                    SENATE BILL 475, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
          1.  On page 4, line 14, after "services" insert a period,
  strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 15 and insert
  in lieu thereof "Constituent agencies may certify permits issued
  pursuant to federal acts;".
