0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNITED STATES-MEXICO CONFLICT

0012|     RESOLUTION CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1998 to fund the United States-Mexico conflict
    |
0019|     resolution center at New Mexico state university.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
