0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM THAT

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0018|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1998 for the purpose of providing emergency shelter and
    |
0020|     services in Albuquerque to Native American victims of domestic
    |
0021|     violence.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
