      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 369
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 13, strike all of lines 9 through 15 and insert in
  lieu thereof:
   
      "Section 15.  PREEMPTION.--When a municipality or county adopts
  an ordinance or a regulation pertaining to sales of tobacco
  products, the ordinance or regulation shall be consistent with the
  provision of the Tobacco Prevention and Minors Act.",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
