0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FUNDING TO CONDUCT A FEASIBILITY

0013|     THE COMMUNITY OF CHAMITA LOCATED IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0019|     for the purpose of funding a feasibility and engineering study
    |
0020|     for a wastewater treatment facility for the community of
    |
0021|     Chamita located in Rio Arriba county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
